Mixer with cement and water weigher

The MobilMat system integrates in compact and easy-to-transport units all equipment necessary for concrete production and these units are pre-assembled and electrically wired and factory-tested. The plant is mobile and easily movable.

Integrated into the mixer platform is either the well-proven planetary countercurrent mixer HPGM or alternatively the robust twin-shaft mixer DWM. Depending on the available space and on customer's needs, the material is fed into the mixer either by skiphoist or by inclined conveyor belt.

Admixture weigher

The standard version provides storage of aggregates in row-type storage bins; as an option, round silos can be provided.

The row-type storage silo with large electro-pneumatical dosing gates and the weigh-belt with electromechanical weighing system are one integral unit.

The MobilMat series permits cost-effective concrete production and therefore fulfills the requirements of a modern concrete batching and mixing plant.
